Life update with things that are making me happy!
I have chosen to do things that make me happier on a daily basis. Even if it’s as small as making the bed in the morning. These are a few things that have been making me happy lately!
Reading Books During my Morning Routine!
My mourning routine consists of waking up, making coffee, and reading! I read about one book a week. Or if it’s a thicker book it takes about 2ish weeks. You can see what I am reading in my BOOK REVIEW BLOGS. I am a tad behind, but will be blogging more soon!
Baking Baked Oatmeal For Breakfast!
I am HUGE on making breakfast filling, delicious and easy! Baked Oatmeal started because I had banana’s to use during Quarantine in 2020 and we had a lot of oats to use! You can easily make it the night before and pop it in the oven when you get up.
I personally love mine with blueberries and a handful of chocolate chips! Then topped with some maple syrup before devouring! I also put in 1-2 scoops of Collagen, hemp seeds, and chia seeds!
My favorite starter recipe is from Cooking Classy! You can add whatever fruit, nuts, or chocolate you want before baking!
The Movie “The Grizzlies” on Netflix
My Mom started this movie when we were home for Easter. It’s a beautiful story of loneliness and how much we crave belonging. I have been finding myself reaching out for stories that teach me something. Whether it is books or movies.
We didn’t learn nearly enough about our worlds History in school. It think it’s our job as a human to learn as much as possible. So we can learn from our past mistakes!

I boasted about this last year when we went to Hawaii! Now owning three pairs from American Eagle and have been wearing them DAILY since the weather warmed up!
I am waiting for a few others to go on sale so I can get a jean pair and another darker pair!
