Must-have books for fall 2021!
I have read around 24 books this year! I wanted to read a book every month, and I guess I am ahead of that! So many good ones have been read each morning with a cup of coffee!
Each morning after feeding the kitties and giving Mylo his insulin shot, I enjoy my breakfast and coffee! All while the windows are open and curled up in a blanket! This fall, I have been LOVING being able to open the windows first thing in the morning and letting the fresh air in!

THE GLASS CASTLE
This book will take you through a roller coaster of feelings! It’s a beautiful life story of a little girl who lived a rough life. Finally being able to live a life she dreamed of. Jeanette Walls has a fantastic way of writing about her life in the most beautiful way. Even though it was not beautiful, this book had me crying a few times of happiness and sadness. It is a beautifully written book that you should for sure read!
The Glass Castle is a remarkable memoir of resilience and redemption, and a revelatory look into a family at once deeply dysfunctional uniquely vibrant.

THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT
WOW, this book is filled with twists and turns that will want you to keep reading! I couldn’t put it down! I wanted to know how it ended!
This book was also a bit hard to read for me as a few parts felt parallel to mine. As in college, I drank far too much and used it as a way to meet friends. Also, I was a bit promiscuous because I craved love. A lot like the woman in this book. Except I didn’t fall into a murder plot! But, like her, I found my way out of it!
If you like murder mysteries, this book is for you 100%
A DAY IN DECEMBER
After two books that were a little deeper than I expected, I needed something lighter. So I reached for this one! It is a beautiful love story that could easily be made into a Hallmark movie! I couldn’t recommend it more if you like love stories!
FITNESS JUNKIE
This book is freaking HILLARIOUS! If you are like me and get a kick out of all the new fitness craves, you need to read this! It is freaking awesome! I laughed out loud a lot!
THE GREAT ALONE
I loved The Nightengale so much I bought a few more of her books! WOW, this one didn’t disappoint! It’s about a family whose father is a Vietnam Vet that comes home with PTSD. They move to Alaska for a better life! A new life that took a lot of different turns, up and way down. It will have you daydreaming of moving to Alaska! Pick this one up and know that the characters will linger with you, well, after you’re done reading.
