I first found this when I was looking for an easy dinner that was also really delicious and super quick! It’s sooo easy! I couldn’t find sundried tomatoes, so I used sundried tomato pesto from Aldi’s. I put about two tables spoons in, and oh my gosh, it’s good!

It’s good on pasta or rice, whichever you have! We both like it on rice!

I bought a massive bag of rice from Costco because I wanted to save money, so many of our recipes are with rice. This one is SUPER easy and can be customized with any veggie you like! I like to put broccoli, of course with red peppers if I have them! You can also use any cheese you want, and we usually have some shredded cheese!

Suppose you are a lover of a chicken pot pie but don’t want the trouble of making pie crust or buying it. This recipe is for you! It is SO EASY, And you only have to wash one pan! We made this every other week for most of the winter! And will continue through the rest of the year! It’s an excellent way to get veggies, no matter how picky the eater is!

You will NEVER buy alfredo sauce again when you find this one from Magnolia Cookbook! We don’t cook the chicken recipe attached to it, but the sauce is SOOO good!

I have an essential tip for you is do not skip on the garlic or parm!

We usually put broccoli, red peppers, or spinach in it. I always have to add some sort of veggie to my meals, and broccoli is my go-to! As it’s the best vegetable!
