Stoughton Wisconsin got a new store and you should go see it!
I have gotten to know these ladies a lot in the past couple of years! They have an amazing traveling boutique, that sells so many amazing things! I am not joking, I want to buy EVERY SINGLE THING! It is so hard for me to walk through that truck or their new storefront and NOT buy everything! My bank account thanks me for this!
Their truck became so popular that they decided to open up a storefront in Stoughton Wisconsin! This way we can shop their truck YEAR ROUND! Also, if you are in the neighborhood you should shop down the whole street! Now head on over to for some of the best of Stoughton Wisconsin Shopping!

Reason for opening a new brick and mortar for Grasshopper?
It was time to scale the business! Our customers have been asking for more opportunities to shop at Grasshopper Goods year-round. It was time.
Favorite part of your job?
Meeting amazing people. Being inspired by humans. Hearing peoples’ stories!
What was something that surprised you about what you do?
The truck is very, very physical to drive. Also, it’s such an intimate space it’s incredible how open strangers can be to each other and us. It’s beautiful. That seems to be happening in the shop too.
Do you have a favorite thing/s in your store?
I love how the shop came together! We have 4 tables all made by my brother, Sterling Grey. They are all from ONE ancient ash tree with live edges. They mean so much. Also, we have some beautiful mid-century modern pieces from Rewind Decor. Also a hand-painted piece with our signature green from Brass Tacks. The combo of these looks really pull the shop together and help mirror the truck feel. They are a great backdrop for the lovely artisan goods that rotate in the shop.
Favorite part of having a store?
It’s so wonderful to have a space to expand our reach to our Grasshopper Goods family. And the shop has AC, heat and a flushing toilet! A perk when you travel around the midwest in the truck in all sorts of weather!
What is your go-to music to work to?
I love SO many different genres of music. I love to do my academic work to international music right now -I love Latin/Reggaeton or Morbleau Quebec, I exercise to current R & B, pop & classics.
In the truck, we like to play classic rock since Vinny is from the 70s. In the shop, we’ve been mixing it up as long as it’s upbeat and fun. One of my fav bands is Cat Empire from Australia. It’s a mix of Ska, Latin music, Reggae & Alternative rock.
